Today I will get all technical about website planning and I will show you how you can create a fantastic website plan using the format, which we call in the “industry”, business planning. In odder for you to be able to successful with your website you must have a clear sense of your business opportunity. Before you start working on your web design and writing content and blogging, you need to write down your plan, prepare and condense your thoughts and ideas. One simple way to do it to come up with answers for the following set of questions. 

Business Planning Ideas for your next Website:

• What are you selling? Product? Service? Both?
• Why this product or service?
• What is unique about your website?
• What is your market?
• Who will need or buy your product or service?
• Will there be enough buyers to turn profit?
• What will be the future profits?
• Can you be profitable? How?
• Are profits strong enough to sustain any future risks?
• Can you control and maintain quality, service and delivery?
• Do you need a team to start and maintain your website?
• Who will be in your wed team?
• How did you select them? Will they be strong enough to make business decisions?
• Would Donald Triumph be interested in your website plan if he would listed to you plan?

Some mistakes to avoid:

• Waiting till the last moment. “Hasting is Wasting” remember?
  Writing a generic goal? Keep in mind that your customers will always ask once they get to your website, “What’s in it for me”? So, be specific.
• “Assume” that you know. Don’t assume that your reader will find out what you are selling or trying to sell. Be specific and concise with all of your products/services.
• Saying what you don’t believe. Insincerity is easy to recognize.
